With just two races left and a 19 point deficit will Hamilton be able to hold on to his F1 world title? Rosberg only needs 2nd and 3rd place wins to bag the title… suddenly its looking less and less likely.
Hamilton admitted losing his title would be ‘hard to swallow’
“I don’t know how you can prepare for losing,” Hamilton said.
“I don’t think you can prepare to lose, even though I’ve experienced it before.”
In 2007 Hamilton lost the title in the season finale to Raikkonen after he clawed back a 17 point deficit.
“I know it won’t be as painful as then,” added Hamilton.
“I’ve lost many races and championships through my career, so it’s not like I haven’t experienced it.
“Right now I’m in a scenario where I know there is more of a chance I will lose it than I’ll win it.
“It’s hard to swallow, but it is what it is.
“Life will move on, I will move on. I’ve still got three, so…I just really hope next year I don’t have reliability problems.”
So what’s your thoughts do you think Rosberg has it in the bag?
