• Minimum age for Go-Karting is 8 Years old. Minimum height for go-Karting is 1.27 metres. (We recommend Children close or just over this height come down to the track for a Go-Kart sizing to ensure they are able to take part). For their own safety, we have the right to refuse to allow a child to drive if they do not meet these requirements.
• Any groups with racers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over, that remains at centre for duration of the activity. Under 18s cannot be left at our track unsupervised.
• You will be required to fill in a waiver form upon entry.

Deposits and refunds

Booking deposits are paid to ensure customers turn up for their allocated track time. Under the Distance selling regulations clients have 7 days in which to claim a refund of the booking deposit, provided it is received by email to info@bzleisure.com. If a booking is made for a time within 7 days, then the customer would need to waive their rights under the Distance Selling Regulations as the booking is prior to the expiry of the 7 day cooling off period.
Booking deposits are paid to ensure customers turn up for their allocated activity time and are non refundable and non-transferable. If Full Payment is required at time of booking, this is classed as a deposit payment.

Cancellations

Once a booking is made if the customer then chooses to cancel, the deposit will be lost.

Site terms

BZ Leisure enforces a strict zero tolerance policy towards the following:

Physical and or verbal violence to staff

Any verbal or physical abuse will result in ejection from the track.

Alcohol and drug use whilst on site: TopGear Karting operates a strict no alcohol and drug policy. If we have any doubt as to any driver’s ability to drive, or believe that any driver may be under the influence of either drink or drugs, we will not permit that person to drive. We do have a breathalyzer on site that we may use if we have any reason to doubt that any driver is under the influence and is therefore unsafe to drive. Please note that we will not refund or waive any fees paid or owing in the event that we disqualify a driver for the above reasons. Please note no alcohol is served on our site.

Should participants not follow the rules set out by TOPGEAR KARTING staff, they may be removed from the track or or deemed unable to take part.

You can not part take if you suffer from epilepsy, fits, recurrent blackouts, giddiness or any form of physical or mental illness which will impact your ability to drive.

You should not race on our track if you have any of these pre-existing conditions: back, neck or spinal complaints, dislocation, weakness or injury involving breaking of any limb, Diabetes, lung or heart disease, severe head injury or pre- existing injury

For safety reasons, you cannot take part if you are pregnant.

Drivers MUST wear closed toe shoes for their own safety.
